Evolving Techniques

As an artist, I believe that growth is essential. My journey is one of constant exploration, and I am excited to incorporate new techniques into my work this year. I’ve been experimenting with a unique blend of oils and acrylic mediums that I began using last year. This new range offers a versatility that has invigorated my creative process, allowing me to achieve textures and depths that were previously elusive.

By layering these mediums, I can create a more vibrant and tactile experience on the canvas. The oils provide a rich, luminous quality, while the acrylics allow for quick drying times and bold applications. This combination gives me the freedom to express my artistic vision in ways that feel fresh and innovative.

In conclusion, the Nigel Allison Art Studio is poised for a year of exploration and innovation. With the Antrim Coast and Wild Atlantic Way as my muse and a fresh approach to technique and color, I am eager to see where this creative journey takes me. Stay tuned for updates, and thank you for being part of this artistic adventure!
